HR
Human Alliance provides a comprehensive
and affordable HR service spanning the entire employment life
cycle that is embedded either fully or partially in our Clients'
organisations, designed and customised for their unique needs
through service level agreements ~ a truly full-service HR
solution where Human Alliance becomes the Client's human resource
department.
Our outsourced HR services are delivered by either our own
team of HR professionals or by service providers who have
been carefully selected through our research capabilities.
Service Offerings
Human Alliance's outsourced HR services are provided through
one of the following options:
Fully Embedded -
Human Alliance's HR professionals are placed in the Client's
organisation on a full-time basis in order to deliver a full-scale
HR service as if they were the in-house HR Department. The
nature and extent of the HR services, including the size and
composition of the team, are determined by mutual agreement
with the Client.
Partially Embedded -
Human Alliance's HR professional(s) are placed in the Client's
organisation on a scaleable, partial basis (for example, 1
day a week) in order to deliver a mutually agreed HR service.
The nature and extent of the HR service, including the size
and composition of the team, is completely scaleable and dependant
on the needs of the Client.

Arbitration and
Dispute Resolution
Human Alliance will
represent SEIFSA member companies in conciliations and arbitration
and provide support for:
- Disciplinary hearings
- Performance counselling
- Wage negotiations, including interaction
with trade unions
- Negotiating in a strike situation
- Correct retrenchment processes when downsizing
or cutting costs
In terms of managing risk proactively,
we will:
- Audit your existing contracts, processes
and policies
- Where needed, draft new policies and
contracts
- Develop your own IR manual, including
a disciplinary code and grievance procedure
- Provide basic IR training for your management
team.
Where required, we have close associations
with specialist labour attorneys, which further reduces your
risk.

Payroll Management
Payroll management is often taken for granted
but is an vital area of the HR mix in an environment of increasing
complexity of taxes and levies. Coupled to this is the need
to structure competitive packages to attract the right staff
and retain valued employees. Mistakes cause irritation and
costly administrative reworks.
Our state-of-the-art Digital Payroll Management
program is available through a web portal application, again
underpinned by the team's extensive experience in managing
payroll dynamics for both corporates and SMMEs.

Broad Based BEE
BEE is a reality that all Companies in South
Africa are faced with. The Government introduced the legislation
governing BEE, to address the inequalities of the past, and
