Insights Discovery
Personal Profile
The Insights model recognises and celebrates the fact that
each person in an organisation is unique, with different styles,
needs and expectations. In these differences are great strengths,
but how do we recognise and make the very best of them?
The Insights Discovery Personal Profile
is a twenty three page development tool which underpins our
people development work. We believe that Discovery is the
most accurate and dynamic personal profile in the world, and
the best possible assistance for individuals in gaining a
detailed understanding of their working style, how this impacts
on their relationships with others in the business environment,
and how they might develop to improve their effectiveness
both as a person and as a professional.
Sales Effectiveness
Sales effectiveness of individuals and teams can be significantly
enhanced through the deployment of the Sales Effectiveness
Workshop, a 2-day developmental intervention run by Human
Alliance's accredited professionals.
This workshop explores the skills, behaviours and attitudes
required to be more effective in each of the six stages of
the sales cycle. Practical tools are provided that can be
used straight away to enhance sales effectiveness.
Negotiation Effectiveness
The negotiation effectiveness of individuals and teams can
be significantly enhanced through the deployment of the Negotiation
Effectiveness Workshop, a 2-day developmental intervention
run by Human Alliance's accredited professionals.
360 Performance Feedback
Individuals have been saying 'I know what I think of me, but
how do others see me?'. The Insights Discovery 360 provides
individuals with this insight. Respondents are asked to complete
a 10-frame evaluator on behalf of the recipient. The 360 Profile
is created by compiling feedback from each respondent. This
offers individuals a valuable insight into the impact they
have on others and provides a springboard for them to assess
their interactions and to make constructive changes. The use
of colour provides a consistency with the Insights Discovery
Profile and ensures feedback is in a familiar and non-threatening
language.
Business Communication Tool
Insights Discovery is best applied as a business tool for
improved communication. It enables feedback and difficult
conversations to occur with greater ease and higher quality.
The common language of colour energies can be integrated into
your business and people management processes, for example,
it can enhance the quality of career development discussions
and performance reviews.
Insights Navigator:
Team Effectiveness
This profile is designed to help team members evaluate how
well the team is performing against sixteen critical success
factors, including Vision, Creativity, Trust and Problem Solving.
Each team member completes a 42-statement evaluator to provide
their view of the team. The scores are then combined to create
a collective view of how well the team is functioning. Reviewing
this data in a group setting can enable team members to develop
individual and team action plans, while completing the evaluator
at regular intervals and reviewing the results can enable
progress to be tracked over time.
Insights Oracle
Insights Oracle enables clients to measure the combined personality
of any group, department or organisation and to assess this
in light of the specific goals in each of those areas. This
comparison can help to quickly identify strengths and potential
weaknesses of the current dynamic and identify any action
required to realign activity with objectives.
Personal Effectiveness
Insights Into Personal Effectiveness is our core programme
- offering an introduction to the Insights System and the
Insights Discovery Personal Profile that is fun and interactive.
The engaging programme provides participants with a language
and framework for understanding themselves and others that
they can immediately put into practice.
Insights On-Line
Insights Explorer
A suite of eight highly interactive e-learning modules, which
provide learners with the magic of Insights in an online format.
Each module is personally tailored incorporating relevant
sections of the participant's Insights Discovery Personal
Profile, as well as being team enabled, so that responses,
communication tips, ideas and actions can be shared with other
team members in a group development experience. Used together
or separately, each module provides an engaging learning and
development experience.
Insights Compass Learning Library
A suite of Learning Guides covering a wide range of personal
and professional development topics, each available both online
and in print. The learning guides address the major issues
facing today's managers and have a wide range of applications,
from team-building to goal-setting to creativity - topics
which are all designed to improve an individual's effectiveness.
The online learning guides offer additional functionality,
including interactive exercises, sections of the participant's
Insights Discovery Personal Profile, and the option to have
a personal coach track the participant's progress through
the modules.
