Profile Analysis (PPA)
Behavioural profiling designed to assist in the selection,
appraisal, development or coaching and counseling process.This
analysis assesses the individual's self image, work strengths,
self-motivation, frustration and/or stresses, details motivators
and fears, identifies the ideal supervisor/manager and comments
on job emphasis.
Thomas Human Job Analysis (HJA)
Evaluates job needs unique to different jobs, considers the
culture of the job and gives a description of the behavioural
requirements of the job.
Test for Selection & Training (TST)
The Thomas TST system is an independently validated normative
test and is relevant to selection, training and development
of people at all work levels. The TST is utilised to get an
indication of an individual's learning potential and cognitive
responsiveness to new training and developmental tasks in
the work environment. It is expected that every individual
will present a different combination of personal strengths
and development areas. The results indicate where an individual
has cognitive strengths and how he/she will learn, adapt and
develop.
